Premise Health is located in almost every state, that translates to job security if you move. You have support from your Director & they make everything almost seamless by researching your need or problem in a timely fashion.

Cons

Maternity Leave benefit not the best.

There is a disconnect between headquarters and the corporate sites. The pay is not great.

Pros

I have been with Premise since 2009 and am learning and growing daily. If you are looking for a company to grow with, then Premise is the place. There are opportunities all over the United States. Salaries are very much in line with other nursing positions in my area and most of the time, they are far above what I would make elsewhere.

Cons

If I had to say anything, I would say that there is so much new information daily on new policies and procedures that at times it can be a little overwhelming.
