Pros

This will be my 5th year working with PresenceLearning, and I couldn't be any happier. They have been very good to me, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a job. I love being able to work from home, and I love that I can choose my own hours each year. It is so nice creating my own schedule that works for my family and me.

Cons

Telepractice is not for everyone. It may be hard for some people to be their own boss and stay on-top of their billing, documentation, etc. It is also important that the clinicians feel confident in regards to technology and computers.

Work with with a lean but mighty team of engineers that are solving interesting engineering problems and doing meaningful work. What we do is very rewarding.

Cons

Engineering has long been understaffed, but we are in a massive push to triple the size of the team as soon as possible.

they really appreciate good work/life balance passionate & driven team, especially management a company/service where you really feel like you're helping people and you feel valued as an employee

Cons

like others have mentioned the office is a bit cramped right now, but getting resolved soon still working on developing and implementing processes for various departments so it can be a little hectic sometimes
