Best work environment I've experienced so far!
Pros
-Awesome people that are very down to earth, hardworking and intelligent -Great perks including happy hours, catered lunch, monthly employee appreciation parties -Convenient office location in the heart of FiDi -Unlimited PTO -Lots of growth opportunities
Cons
-We're growing out of our space but good news is that we're moving soon -Everyone has a lot on their plate so sometimes things can be hectic, you have to have great time management skills -Direction is not always there so you also have to take the initiative to figure things out on your own *The last two comments are actually not cons to me personally but some people may not like them. You definitely have to be a self-starter at this company who is flexible and willing to take on tasks outside of our job function.
