Pros

Some of the many benefits of working for PL include: 1) The mission is REAL. Most companies have a positive mission, but PL's mission to help kids is not just a "feel good" statement it's actually achievable and what we strive to do. 2) The people are awesome! Everyone wants what's best for the kids we serve, the company as a whole, and one another. 3) Being able to WFH- Enough said... 4) Visits to Headquarters (San Fransisco), company meeting in Las Vegas, "Holiday" paid time off, exciting incentives...

Cons

Extremely face-paced! Only 4 days of training at HQ, and was expected to know my job / perform well.

Pros

For this being a start up, there is great work/life balance here. There is a seasonality to this company and when it's busy - it's all hand on deck. Everyone is willing to pitch in where they can. There are no egos. The company offers a lot of perks to make it a fun atmosphere while getting things accomplished. At the end of the day, working here, you will help children unlock their full potential by democratizing access to life-changing care.

Cons

I don't have any cons. It's a start up, it's fast-paced and you should be able to adjust and manage change very well or you will not succeed.

Pros

I love our company culture. I'm coming up to a year of working for PresenceLearning, and it has been the best place I have ever worked. I feel very grateful to be part of this company. The leadership promotes a startup culture of transparency and working together to reach our goals. They encourage a growth mindset and invest in their employees to provide the necessary resources to succeed. If you have grit, determination, positive attitude and willingness to work hard and have fun, then this is a perfect place for you.

Cons

Being a remote employee in a sales environment can be a challenge because you can sometimes miss the social interactions with co-workers, but aside from that, many tools are set-up in place to be able to connect with people easily and have the support you need at any time.
