      Pros

      The people at PresenceLearning are sincerely invested in improving and democratizing related services for special education students. Co-workers are hard-working and collaborative and there's a clear respect for work/life balance.

      Cons

      There are occasional, surprising instances of instability, but these are rare and seem part and parcel of working for a tech start-up in general.

      Independence to do your job

      Cons

      Waiting two months for pay. Lack of incentives, poor management. Admin knows nothing about therapy. Account managers are a joke. Company receives money upfront... therapists get paid 2 months after services have been provided.
