Pros

For this being a start up, there is great work/life balance here. There is a seasonality to this company and when it's busy - it's all hand on deck. Everyone is willing to pitch in where they can. There are no egos. The company offers a lot of perks to make it a fun atmosphere while getting things accomplished. At the end of the day, working here, you will help children unlock their full potential by democratizing access to life-changing care.

Cons

I don't have any cons. It's a start up, it's fast-paced and you should be able to adjust and manage change very well or you will not succeed.

Love working for this fast paced ed tech company that focuses on providing access to special education related services to K-12 students. I work remotely, but feel very much a part of the HQ team. I am valued and rewarded for being a creative problem solver. Best part of the company are the amazing people and our mission to help the kids that need it the most!

Cons

We work at a fast pace. You may not get a lot of direction, so you need to be able to think on your feet.
