      a fairly small company, with great communications between different departments.

      you HAVE to be self reliant and self driven to succeed in this company (since you'll be working remote, itself is not really a con.

      -My manager always makes me feel heard and is very open with me about my growth and opportunities for growth. -The whole team is very welcoming, flexible to change and warm to welcome new additions. -I'm never scared to voice my opinion and discuss points to create a unified thought about projects and tasks. -I feel comfortable talking to my manager about sick time, doctor appointments and urgent family matters. They always help me manage my time and tasks to balance my work and personal life.

      -Priorities can be blurred during hectic times. This causes a lot of confusion and misunderstandings about what is needed, when it's needed and why it's needed.
