The team I work with is really nice and we create close bonds. Pay is great Work from home

Cons

Sometimes it can be a little over the top trying to interact with everyone else. You are expected to know things about other departments even though you are technically just support.

We understand coming into an organization, especially in a front facing support role, can be a lot at once. While we do our best to bridge the learning gap with our multi-step onboarding including orientation, department specific training plans and various check points along the way, we also recognize there's always room for improvement. We have a few exciting programs in the works that we hope will directly support our new hire onboarding experience. Our people are our most important commodity and we are happy to have you here with us!

I have been amazed for many years how PresenceLearning asks for input from the providers and turns those suggestions into a better platform for the students! Every year, there are new updates, so incredible!

Best people I've ever worked with - so smart, dedicated, genuine, honest, and hard-working! It's not an easy task to bring teletherapy to so many schools and students, but working with this group of innovative and creative individuals is inspiring!
