The people and management really care about what they do. The company provides a great service helping kids with special needs. The people and management are easy to work with and listen to you. No huge egos.

Cons

Within the context that it is a startup I don't see any cons.

Like many school systems they would refuse to hire one, a person who has more then 15+ years as a SLP, and two a person over 55. These may not be written facts that you will find but is is a know fact within the schools. PL are giving the opportunity for those with a wealth of knowledge, 15+ years and maturity of age a chance to continue to work as an SLP. Great people great company. I love the growth potential no matter the age, and the salary is competitive
