- Company culture - Working with extremely smart and hardest working individuals - We have a great "feel good" mission and an innovative / 'futuristic' product - Great support system and CEOs - Free lunch on Mondays

- Early stage start-up - Lots of work. Can be overwhelming. - Understaffed

Pros

I appreciate working with students one-on-one or in groups of two. I love being able to maintain the attention of my students well with the use of head-sets, amplified volume, computer screen, and a variety of engaging and didactic activities to improve their speech and language skills. On a personal bases, I love being able to live outside the country while providing services to schools in the states.

Cons

Working as independent contractor means you have to set aside money on a quarterly bases for federal and state taxes, and keep all of your tax deductible receipts.

Professionalism, HQ staff, support across all areas, collaboration among PresenceLearning crew, innovative mindset across the company, tech support crew, flexibility working from home, opportunities to complete tasks "outside the box" of the regular therapy day.

Cons

Presence Learning is growing so if you are not able to adjust to changes and be flexible, this may not be for you.
