No growth plan in sight here, no ladder to climb, be prepared to be stuck in your role and definitely STUCK at your pay rate. The 2% increase after my first year was a joke especially after being stuck in a role which I was being completely overworked the first year. They’re also constantly in a state of “restructure” so everything is clear as mud. Many people on the clinical team are also beyond condescending, if you have to work with Laurie W good luck. Oh and when you tell them you’re leaving, be prepared to be MANIPULATED. Nothing but toxic manipulative behavior from this company when I was on my way out. They will make false promises about giving you an imaginary raise or a secret bonus of some kind and then never actually come through with it. I can’t believe I actually considered this crap. I have heard more than a few stories of higher ups quickly campaigning for employees to “please please stay” after they announce they’re jumping ship. It’s extremely uncomfortable and distasteful to say the very least. They’re losing people and fast, I do not recommend this place if you’re looking to advance your career in any way. You’ll get stuck where you are. Accept your new offer and move on. Plenty of other great Ed Tech companies out there, know your worth.
