Pros

I really like working at Presidential Exteriors because of the employee culture. Everyone is very supportive of each other and we are always celebrating wins together, whether they are big or small, personal or professional.

Cons

Reduced rate gym benefit is only with Lifetime Fitness, would be awesome if it could be for another gym/workout studio for people like me who do not live close to a Lifetime.

Pros

-The job is simple, if you know how to talk to people you will do fine. -Growth Oriented Company -Multiple products and services to offer. -The company celebrates its top salespeople and canvassers.

Cons

- Rigid SOP -implement high pressure sales tactics - In need a tech overhaul. -More concern about revenue generation than consumer satifaction. - Non-transparent hiring practices -----Canvassing is said to be a "salaried" position-- it's a draw base commission structure similar to those at a car dealership. ----might try to recruit under the guise of a sales consultant role, when you get to the office they will tell you. They only hire from within and you must begin as a canvasser. -Have to drive in a van with a "team lead". Who chooses your "turf" unlike most canvass positions where you are assigned turf or left to your own devices to decide where you want to knock?
