Knocking on Strangers doors is not the way to market these days. When I was interviewed I was told that on a day to day basis I would be occasionally in the office but also meeting with clients. Next thing I know Im told to get into a disgusting van... literally almost sat on a tomato slice and there was lettuce in the cup holder probably from the day before. After the company's 20 minute cigarette break before we left the building, we went to a 711. Everyone got out and got food for the day. After that, we went to Harris Teeter for everyone to get more food that 711 didnt have. Once we actually got onto the road to germantown about 40 mins away, it was around 2pm. I was brought to a neighborhood, got out and knocked on as many doors as possible before getting in the car around 5 to leave. The vans were honestly the worst part it was awful. Smelled so bad. Extremely Dirty.

Great management, they care about you Team environment, everyone is there to help you reach your goals Family environment, so many of my co-workers I know call friends and family Pay structure, it's clear and Never changes, commission and salary, no caps on commissions! Bonuses! I love my bonuses. All from gas cards, trips, events. It's amazing! I love my job, never stressed, easy going, alot of fun.

Cons

It's hard to find some, I get to sleep in because of the hours. So I have to do more house cleaning for the wife lol. Small monthly parking fee. But company pays for most of it.
