Pros
Team-oriented to a "T." Everyone who works there was incredibly supportive and encouraging. Easy hours. Total transparency from management. I could always count on the Director of Marketing to give solid, personalized advice. Customers are treated with total transparency and honesty, which is VERY rare for a home-remodeling company. The management REALLY cares about giving their customers the best quality for the best price.
Cons
I lost 16 pounds in a month and a half from all the exercise I was getting there. I was quite comfortable being a pillow-person and now I am upset. The people that work there crack too many jokes. I didn't appreciate getting sore abs from laughing in one day. Not cool at all. Everyone was too good at Foosball. I think they were practicing at home. I don't appreciate having my moral crushed every morning.
