Pros

Love the team I work with I have been afforded challenging opportunities and continue to. Work life balance is good I could see myself at Presidio for many years if they can address their gaps. I do feel like if they can wake up now, they have the chance to keep their great employees and continue attracting other great people - but we are right on the cusp of creating an overwhelmingly toxic culture if things are not fixed.

Cons

Executives are not paying enough attention. 401k match is awful Health care benefits are terrible There are some really great people but it is becoming more clear how many toxic people are here and ruining it for the entire group. Presidio needs to wake up and upgrade their culture and mentality to employees first. Without our people, we do not exist. We are not prioritizing our people.

Great national practices in all technologies; wonderful, kind, supportive, highly intelligent, super talented people to work with on those teams, including PM's, engineers, sales, and presales.

Cons

EXTREMELY poor corporate culture. Little to no benefits to speak of, and they buy out service companies in third-world countries who can do your job at a fraction of the cost that you could (albeit that much poorly, comparatively speaking), then have C-level executives laugh about it on all-hands company calls. They don't care about retaining top talent or treating their employees well whatsoever. 0/10, would not recommend working here unless you had no other option.

- Lots of talented people here - Good pay generally and decent benefits - Training opportunities

Cons

- Strengths and weaknesses regionally. Continues to operate essentially as many different companies. - Regional and local leadership was very poor. The company was changing and looking to expand beyond its current offerings and strengths with no idea how to get there or where they were going. - National sales and engineering annual training conference "Exchange" was always fun but didn't ever seem to move the ball forward. They left a lot on the table as far as this being a productive and useful event.
