      Leaderships vision of market confuses sales teams. Pushing for sales teams to sell cloud, managed services, and annuity based revenue streams but, not sure how to pay on that model

      Decent salary and bonuses. Good technical talent.

      Cons

      Once the company went public and revealed its $2.1 billion debt (now $2.3 billion), it was obvious that the company was doing very poorly. Mood was very negative.
