Not much to say, it is an ok stepping stone to get your foot in the "IT" door. Not a lot to fill out in the pros field

Cons

Over worked and underpaid. This has to be one of the lowest paying companies in this line of work. Management cares about nothing but someone to blame and they do not care how it gets done, as long as it gets done. They do not give a care about how they treat employees or employee morale.

Can't think of one.

Cons

Zero culture. Zero management support. Zero work life balance. I have never seen such a vicious, backstabbing, unprofessional environment. I was job shopping within two months of starting the job, not because of the job itself which was completely doable but because of the environment itself.

An average Cisco retailer. Great Engineering force

Cons

Management is clueless. Engineering is third class citizens.. Management is run by Sales in this company. Account managers and their VP of Sales manipulate to blame Pre-sales engineering for everything. Engineering Vice-President or other engineering management always accepts the fault. Their default position is that their Pre or Post sales engineer is wrong. There is lack of diversity in management. No minorities or women in the management. Bunch of White guys running the show. zero quality of life here.
