      Horrible Senior Management. HR department represents company only and does not support employees. Major infighting between departments at senior levels.

      They have made large investments in Partnerships with Cisco and EMC.

      Cons

      Very focused on a buy implement model. Challenging to add real value to a customer due to the lack of resources in a variety of areas. Sales operations, back office support is very week.
