Management is lost and often tells staff they are over paid or that anyone can do their job, minimal training, work more than the standard work week, no measurable goals, there is a disconnect between offices

Poor work/life balance due to management dumping too much work on staff, poor leadership skills, managers do not listen to employees suggestions, management does not know how to allocate and plan resources successful, and behaves as though they really don't care about their staff, lack of respect for employees, lack of team work, poor employee satisfaction leading to a revolving door atmosphere as employees leave Presidio, and projects get shuffled from 1 PM to another. This is bad for the PMs and creates poor customer sat and frustration for everyone.
