      Pros

      None. Not a good place to work.

      Cons

      Have to code ED charts at 104 a day which is 13 a hour and you are coding the ICD 10, HCPCS, CPT and Injection anf fusion which is a lot to code on charts and you only get about 2 minutes per chart to code. Poor Management and pay is not great for amount of work has to be done.

      You are promised to make big money but beware there are large charge backs because the company doesn’t know how to collect on open invoices.

      Cons

      Slave mentality! They force you to sign a non compete and threaten you when you leave.

      To gain knowledge for short term experience

      Cons

      many things but career growth is limited. only link works in promotion. Working with presidio limits you to apply for job with various vendor which is huge cons.
