      No micromanagers Great brand recognition Pockets of great engineers

      Cons

      People who bring down the company either get promoted or stay in the same role. Five different people have three different ways to process or present a customer deliverable. No one agrees on what is right and there are no standards. Days will go by with long email threads about what to do and how to do it. Meanwhile customers are complaining.
