Growth through acquisition has caused senior management to lose complete touch with even statewide management. While this is to be expected in the VAR space to a degree, Presidio’s decision to go public, then return private shows a lack of focus.

Low salaries for a tech company. They won’t pay you what you’re worth. They combine several jobs into one and set you up to fail. Organization is mismanaged. Don’t count on the benefits. High deductible Cigna medical, MetLife dental, low 401k match that will take 5 years to be fully vested. Unlimited PTO sounds great but it’s not. Any time off is dependent on your supervisor’s whim. You don’t accrue vacation so you don’t get paid for any untaken vacation when you leave.
