You're given opportunities to proactively do things, but only because no one else is doing them.
Cons
Hyper focus on new partnerships and AppDev leaving little to no leadership or management. Leadership is golfing daily until a project goes south and then they will have plenty of meetings to make sure you pay for it. They then destroy your career, ignore you and your team until they need you to flush something out at midnight, over a holiday, or when you and your family are struggling with Covid. There are no career path discussions. Annual increases are not a standard thing. They don't care how long you've been there or what you've done.
