      Different clients, different teams - possibility to change projects and colleagues, try yourself in different domains.

      Cons

      Processes and operations are still developing. Unclear growth and development path. Almost everything, related to your growth, depends on your line manager, which makes it super subjective and uncontrollable. A lot of overworking due to immature management.
