Too many years invested to change but really not any pros left.

Cons

Infrequent salary increases--maybe twice in 8 years. Eliminating operational folks and then wonder why quality is decreasing. Acquisition of Forsta a disaster and has caused financial stress and poor integration. Nepotism in leadership. Always talking about how clients struggle financially but cares less about own employees with no COL raises or even salary increases except for the favorites. Ignorant owners to the reality of the company is frustrating. BULLIES in leadership creates a hostile environment. Snakes at leadership level that cover for each other--even HR is pro leadership and anti-employees.

Not a one other than the people I work with. They are amazing.

Cons

Management doesn’t care about their employees. Once a company that was driven by success of both clients and employees now only care about the all mighty dollar. Decisions are made without employees in mind. Mid level managers are consistently being “let go” the position is then renamed and they hire in someone else with less experience to pay less. Very top heavy. Used to send out emails when new executives started, doesn’t anymore because people complained about why we have so many VPs when us in the back offices are struggling.

Great team and cross-functional teamwork.

Cons

Management! Talk about nepotism...a bunch of rich a'holes that hire family members for top jobs then overhaul the organization with multiple layoffs to make up for poor financial decisions, then find themselves short staffed to get any work done and overburden those that are left with the mess they made. Human experience??? Try practicing that with your hardworking employees.
