      Pros

      Even as a part time employee I receive sick time, personal time, and vacation time. Same pay as full time employees as well. Able to work remotely, which is fantastic. Has been a fantastic part time job for me for over 15 years, and I am so very grateful to have it. Supervisors and management are engaged with the company and all employees at every level. Clear and transparent communication is very important and the company strives hard to make this happen all the time.

      Cons

      Some changes to my position over the years aren't my favorite, but still a better part time job that anything else out there. And I am grateful to have it.
