Pros

Culture, work-life balance, peers and leadership. I am thankful daily for those on my team as well as other teams that I partner with to complete our work. I feel the leadership at Press Ganey truly believe in the mission, work incredibly hard to be successful, and are driven to make a difference across all aspects of patient care. I feel empowered to make decisions about my work, and conversely do not hesitate to reach out for other's input when needed.

Cons

Like many organizations, resources (people, time, and/or budget) are sometimes stretched and process improvement or technical debt projects are difficult to prioritize and implement.

Pros

As a corporation, I have had overall good experiences with Press Ganey. As with all jobs, your experience is mostly determined by your manager or your mid-level manager. I've had several, so my experiences have fluctuated, but as a company I feel I have been treated well.

Cons

With any growing company there can be large fluctuations: changes in team members; changes in management. Eventually, things work themselves out. At times I've had to remind myself of that fact. Bad managers don't last long, so when/if it happens, ride it out.
