Pros

Friendly work environment. Opportunity to create new accounts. Flexible work schedules to accommodate different personal requirements. Ownership is very honorable.

Cons

Limited direction from management . Employees are expected to solicit accounts and manage them with little input from management. Diversified office lacks focus on any one area.

Pros

Everyone on the team is extremely nice and the training process is amazing. You get a chance to work several of the top performing recruiters and the owners of the company. They allow time for fun and have company outings if you meet your goals.

Cons

At the end of the day, you still are making hundreds of cold calls a week and your work ethic is measured by your numbers of calls, emails, submissions, and placements. Recruiting is not for everyone! Also there is a lack of diversity in the company.

Pros

Prestige has a wonderful office environment with high energy and great people! This is a great company to get involved with straight out of school, as I did, but also at any experience level. Prestige offers a lot of room for opportunity and growth for the future as the company is growing nationwide. There is a lot to learn, but training prepares you! Also, hard work is definitely rewarded with company outings, 3 o'clock Fridays as well as commission incentives. I would definitely recommend a position with Prestige to anyone that is outgoing and eager to get into the business world.

There are no cons, this is a great company to get involved with!
