      The company typically hires entry level and promotes from within, so the opportunities to move though the ranks are there.

      Cons

      Since the company hires mainly entry level, the culture is full of new college grads, which is good and bad. You can only be as good as your peer group, so if you've evolved beyond that, there's no where else to go.
