Pros

Very friendly co-workers. Strong focus on work life balance. 8-5 with 1.5 hours for lunch. Typically leave at 3 on Fridays. The work environment is enjoyable. They put together a lot of extracurricular activities to socialize.

Cons

no income potential. Commission structure is terrible. Very little training or employee development. extremely high turnover

Pros

Nice coworkers! I made awesome friends from my coworkers. The team leads are less than friendly, overall, I liked my coworkers.

Cons

Commission structure is awful in comparison to rest of the staffing industry. It is extremely hard to make a good salary. They routinely hire new people and then let people go. I am very glad to no longer work there.

I was set up with an assignment immediately. Pay was decent and I got paid weekly. Staff was very supportive and full of knowledge

Cons

Really no cons working for Prestige. I enjoyed working with them.
