Pros

Really enjoy working here, friendly coworkers and management is very involved in the day-to-day and open with company performance and plans for the future. Very supportive culture with a chance for growth. Definitely do a good job of setting clear goals and setting expectations for what is needed to advance. Opening new offices and expanding with a focus on internal promotions. As long as you are willing to put in the work you will be rewarded.

Cons

Cannot think of any real cons, staffing is not an easy industry but the company does a good job setting us up for success and providing tools to overcome obstacles.

Pros

This is not my first job out of school and this is by far the best company I've worked for. The environment, people, work, etc is amazing. I'm truly in control of my promotions and bonuses by the amount of time and work I put in. I feel like I'm extremely valued by the company and they always are flexible with both my work and personal life. We have monthly reviews which is huge for me because I'm never guessing on where I stand and/or what I need to improve on. Prestige consistently provides the training to make you a great recruiter, it's up to you to make it happen!

Good if you're in to IT staffing. team environment.

Cons

training was poor. watched like a hawk and made to feel awkward for conversations that weren't top notch.
