Pros

High commission, competitive salary, team environment, great benefits and perks such as free concert tickets, awesome prizes for contests such as all inclusive trips, LOTS of PTO and ways to earn more time off just to name a few. Our leaders treat us as individuals and take care of us. Katie is the best supervisor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They celebrate our birthdays, anniversaries', etc. We have quarterly outings, parties, and regular company gatherings. To give an example of things they do for us; they bought all of the recruiters Kate Spade laptop bags. The company is transparent about financials/ goals and how we fit into achieving those goals.

Cons

Recruiting is hard and there are ups and downs with commission depending on the market
