Pros

Co workers were fun to work with, decent job to get your foot in the door

Cons

- This place is NOT a career, it's a stepping stone to get you to your next job - Expect to work past 530 every day, even though they market the job 8-5. Leaving before then is pretty much frowned upon and you will work late - Work life balance is very poor - No work from home options - They are passive aggressive when it comes to taking time off and almost make you feel guilty for wanting to use your PTO because you still need to hit your metrics - Barely any career opportunities other than recruiting / sales

Pros

Learning from the mistake of taking the job is probably the only thing I got out of this.

Cons

1. The benefits are overpriced and overrated. 2. 90% of the people you work with, are arrogant, self-serving, and ignorant. 3. Being good at this job is 20% skill and 80% luck. 4. The training is terrible.

Pros

Pros: The company typically hires entry level and promotes from within, so the opportunities to move though the ranks are there. The typical hours are 8-5 (but when you first start you will def need to put in extra hrs) with 1.5 hour lunch and typically leave by 3 on Fridays if you have two starts.

Cons

Since the company hires mainly entry level, the culture is full of new college grads, which is good and bad. You can only be as good as your peer group, so if you've evolved beyond that, there's no where else to go. There's absolutely no diversity...and as much as they are trying to diversify it's touch when the culture in so inclusive. They routinely hire new people and then let people go which is unnerving. Lots of politics and not enough training because they know you are easily replaceable!
