Thanks for the thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear you’ve had a great experience and that the learning opportunities, work-life balance, and performance-driven culture have stood out.
We hear your point on compensation transparency. While we regularly benchmark pay to stay competitive, we know clarity matters too. It’s something we continue to focus on through open conversations and consistent review cycles.
Appreciate you being part of the team in Toronto!
The commercial team leading the company is very strong, and the technical organization is well connected, so that resources are dedicated to projects and products that are likely to drive continued growth. Staff support is very strong, with a very competitive PTO program (almost to European standards) and good benefits.
Cons
Cross team work can be difficult as there are some legacy silo structures in place.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. It’s great to hear you’re seeing strong alignment across teams and feeling supported by our PTO and benefits—that’s important to us.
We know that cross-team collaboration, especially in a global setup, isn’t always simple. We’ve put some structures in place—like regular syncs and shared tools—to help, but we know there’s always room to get better. If you have ideas, we’re open to hearing them.
Appreciate you being part of the team!

Thank you for sharing your perspective! With our global workforce, we embrace diversity for its unique perspectives and ideas it brings to our business. We recognize the communication challenges that come with distributed teams and are committed to improving communication for effective collaboration and success. You may feel this more keenly than most given your role as a TPM, especially if you are supporting multiple teams in different geographies. With our recent Mumbai organizational changes we hoped to begin to realign teams to be more encapsulated in one geography where we can accomplish this. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us create a better workplace for everyone.
