We take great pride in having a culture that attracts intelligent and hardworking people, and we are pleased to hear that you felt the same. We were disappointed to hear that you felt the work-life balance was not where it should be. Work-life balance has consistently been a positive on our annual employee engagement survey. That said, working from home during the pandemic has been a major adjustment for all of our employees, both personally and professionally. We’ve done many things to aid in this including providing resources, extra “rest and renew” days on top of PTO, and being more flexible with how, where and when work gets done. Rest assured, we believe in the importance of balance and want our employees to take care of themselves. We encourage employees to work directly with their managers to balance their workload and personal obligations.
