Pros

Largest partner for AT&T. This provides opportunities.

Cons

Bottom line is Prime is not a good partner. They are 100% only worried about themselves. So make sure you have any agreement in writing. I have seen them short pay vendors, landlords, partners, and employees. Future employees - be prepared to wait 60 days to receive any commission that is due to you.

Horrible Company

Pros

Discount on your At&t service which I didn't use because I was on a family plan with my family. No other pros in my opinion.

Cons

Bad work culture. Management does not train well and does not help often when you need it. Ever since I was a new hire, management would always put themselves first when it came to the schedule. Every manager that I worked with had a bad attitude which killed my good vibe everytime I came in to work. The commission structure is horrible. As a full time rep you need to hit 40 ops and sell 2 TV's to get paid commission. If you were to hit 50 ops but only sell 1 TV you wouldn't get paid a dime for all of the work you did for that month and for all of the money you made prime communications and At&t. This is a company full of cons and that I definitely will not recommend to anybody.
