Pros

Pay is decent but not worth the constant torture for having a slow day.

Cons

Concerns often fall on deaf ears and met with “I understand, but...” Increasingly difficult commission payout structure. You will often be yelled at for having a slow day in the store. They want you to sell Directv to every customer despite the service being overpriced and ill-performing. Cold calling business is a hidden aspect of this job, when you aren’t selling you’re expected to be making phone calls to businesses, and don’t expect to see any sales from these calls either. Sometimes you get a day off, but you’ll probably get called in because someone else was “sick” The customers are constantly angry with you over their directv bill that is ever so dramatically increasing.
