- Large dealership with many advancement opportunities - Decent/uncapped commission structure that is easy to understand ($60k total easy for talented managers) - Easy business to run IF you can coach a sales team

Cons

- Recent acquisition of Spring Mobile has been a bumpy transition and resulted in HIGH turnover - Low base pay by industry standards - Training process for new hires needs refinement - Outsourced support channels

You learn to build great customer service considering customers will never be what it’s supposed to be bc the company sucks at getting any number or equation right.

Cons

Everything about this place is a con. No work life balance. Little pay but extreme work measures. Always changing what commission is so you get less and less every month.

Everything the pay the management, I was literally threatened by a customer and tried to follow me to my car and what they do nothing call my manger does nothing. Don’t care about employees at all. Hate it there plus don’t give you the money you worked for. Saying I can’t get my commission check that I clearly worked hard for since I don’t feel safe working there anymore. Don’t ever work for this company. There all about themselves and the money not the employees
