Pros

There are no Pros about this company, the lie and cheat you out of commissions that they owe.

Cons

Make sure you have a good attorney in your back pocket, this company is the worst company I've ever worked for, loads of promises with ZERO follow through. The good reviews are written by upper management to try and get about a 2.6 rating. Laughable!! We were are a good little company before Prime Communications swooped in to purchase Spring Mobile. They now have over 2000 store through out the country, you would think that they would be a good outfit! They are horrible. The upper management team or lack thereof are Horrible! H.R. Horrible! Owners Horrible! They own me commissions from when I was employed and now they're saying that I will not get paid because I left. They expected me to operate a location that was considered a "Flagship" with 2 employees, the recruiting team did nothing to help and don't get me started about the market director!! Warning it takes 2 months to get the commission you earned and legally they must pay out for money's earned. Stay far away from this company the are just outright thrives, liars and manipulators. You'll be happier working at Walmart!

Pros

Pay scale was comparable to others in the industry. Good medical and dental. 401k PTO

Cons

Upper management didn’t have a clue. Automatic impersonal write ups. Money is OBVIOUSLY their first priority, duh it’s business at least pretend to care about your people. When our company ‘spring’ was bought out the lay off were unbelievably bad, sure that happens but people were told at the worst possible times. As they board a jet with all their coworkers??? Come on prime.

Pros

Absolutely nothing positive about this company after Spring sold to them.

Cons

Poor upper management. People promoted to positions above their skill set. Poor wages. Unrealistic goals. No work life balance. Forced to work off the clock. Honestly, I can go on all day but I’ll leave it at that.
