Pros

Cheap benefits, the interview was super easy to nail. HR takes sexual harassment VERY seriously.

Cons

They want you to basically lie to customers to sell TV. There is no way you’ll get a day off because they do short staffed, but make it impossible for the managers to hire more people. The commission system is garbage (and this is coming from someone who was a top rep in the district). Just don’t work here. People are horrible with power in their heads. If there is a manager that doesn’t like you, you will never move up. There are people who will work a month and get promoted, and others who were a year with AMAZING sales numbers but favoritism wins. Also forget if you’re in school. They won’t work around it.

Pros

cool coworkers for the most part

Cons

I personally got fired for being robbed at gunpoint and showed symptoms of PTSD. instead of transferring me like I requested they just fired me without pay. Only 1 or 2 employees in a store at a time. Very little benefits. The pay used to be ok, but my salary went down every year. Management is very bad and inexperienced.

Pros

I gave the company a chance to show me some pros but from day one of the hostile takeover i knew we were in trouble after working for the previous company's 6 years. I can't name a pro about the company.

Cons

Upper management is a joke, they demand you do shady sales tactics and have ruined what was good about AT&T. They pick favorites and use your financial struggles to push you into job positions.
