Pros

The paycheck. That is it.

Cons

Incredibly low hiring standards, management does not appreciate technical proficiency, constantly breathing down your neck to meet sales goals and encouraging shady sales techniques to do so.

Pros

There's air conditioning at least.

Cons

Notice a flood of good reviews on July 11th. That's because the District Managers are asking all current employees to submit good reviews for the company. All the bad reviews are legit and mostly from former Spring employees who understand how terrible Prime is to work for. Spring was a company with integrity and had decent pay and goals. Prime is embarrassingly greedy and will do anything to avoid paying their sales team. The goals are completely unattainable without commiting fraud. Prime makes the working in this industry incredibly stressful and just not worth it. AT&T stores will soon be known for being filled with shady sales reps who are willing to lie to customers just to meet ridiculous goals. AT&T will soon have a terrible reputation since Prime bought so many stores. Good luck working in this dying industry. Everyone purchases online now, and this is exactly why.

Pros

just like in any group there are genuine hard working people in the corporate office working hard to help people out as best they can

Cons

the good people in the pros have no say in decision making. the higher up the corporate ladder you go at prime the less spring integrity is felt behind closed doors.
