Pros

None- get these fake 5 star reviews off of here! NO ONE feels that way!

Cons

I worked forPrime and Spring (the company they bought) for almost 5 years total. THE WORST JOB EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! They didn’t pay me my final paycheck after I quit. Also, no one would answer my calls or emails after I quit. Still, it was sooo worth it. I finally have self respect again. I am not working 24/7 anymore. I am once again making a decent paycheck. I was a rockstar store manager that went to Presidents Club 2x and was going to go 3x if I hadn’t quit. So don’t even tell me hard work pays off!! Lying cheating and stealing pays off a little but not very much, so all the money must be going straight into Akbars coffers. I actually took a $30,000/yr pay cut when Prime took over, and I felt like crap every single day. Upper management are scoundrels. I would not recommend Prime to my worst enemy. Whoever says the pay plan is great must be used to working at McDonalds

Fake all the way around

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

You are watched on camera and your pay is threatened to be docked when you have zero customers for 4 hours. Upper management is unquestionably unqualified and encouraged to lead by fear. By far the worst sales job and culture out of anywhere I’ve worked in the past 15 years. All of the store reviews on google are fake news! Employees are forced to create fake email addresses to keep their ratings up on google. Fraud on a massive scale regarding creating fictitious customer accounts to hit numbers. Encouraged by area managers while I was there. Utterly disgusted by the corporate culture of this company. Run for your life!

Very Mediocre Company

Pros

The job is commission based, so your paycheck is pretty much up to you depending how hard you’re willing to work.

Cons

Having said that it’s a very mediocre and not overly aggressive commission structure. They also have minimum targets to hit, and if you don’t meet their standards you get paid zero commissions. I also have a hard time feeling like the upper management cares much about the employees.
