Pros

Busy locations can make massive amounts of money. Managers get a somewhat reasonable hourly pay.

Cons

Constant contact off the clock via group chats. Managers are thrown to the wind wherever there may be a need for coverage. Immediate dismissal of employees if sales goals are not met 3 months consecutively (which conveniently move higher constantly, you’re punished for doing well). Horrible retention of employee base so staff are relocated constantly. Greta job if you like being told you’re too nice to be good at sales. Constant push for exponential growth is unsustainable and draining. Locations are never staffed properly. Never seen such a large company turn a blind eye to internal fraud because sales numbers look nice for the 6 months it takes for any sort of investigation to occur.

Pros

None to speak of for the last 2 years

Cons

Fraud is encouraged. You will be overworked and underpaid. This includes not being paid for things you do off the clock due to having to "take a break" in the first 5 hours of your shift, even if you are the only person at your store. I have been the only person at my store for the last two months. This company is a dumpster fire going off a cliff.

Pros

You have a job, nothing else.

Cons

They say "we are not here for customer service, just sales. If they aren't buying get out" They ignore managers requests to discipline employees then ask why the employee isn't being coached. Pay is horrid (15/hr) and it's hourly but you're expected to show up and work off the clock, and do calls off the clock. MICROMANAGEMENT like crazy. Use threats to motivate. Always about whats wrong never for whats good.
