There is a lot of bad things happening in this company. Hr is not there to protect you don’t forget that. DMs will have RSC use others opus log ins to hit goals. Sexual harassment is looked the other direction, as well as racism, sexism. There is a ton of favoritism as well. There are RSC that have physically proof of all of the things I have listed but are scared to shared. Our safety is not there concern at all.

- good salary for type of role - if self motivated this can elevate you to your desired role post this job - helps build skills that expand past this role such as business communication

Cons

- a lot is expected of you.... and do I mean ALOT!! - upper management lacks responsibility and is there to simply micro manage for the purpose of their own pay - lack of concern for personal life
