Laxed work environment and plenty of down time.

Cons

Upper management is a wreck. Constantly getting new DMs, switching stores. Stores are understaffed to the point where we work alone a handful of times. We are treated as second class citizens compared to corporate stores. Always pushed to push services on customers' accounts without their permission.
