It’s a job. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Cons

The environment breeds liars, thieves, unpaid overtime, unpaid hours worked. Good luck having a life outside of this miserable place. The pay structure makes it so you can’t have the amount of employees a store actually needs because no one will make any money.

If you are at a busy store you maybe make money

Cons

So slow no one comes in and you can’t hit goals. Then they fire you. They did it with 2 managers there before they did it to me. Also your bonus for selling is two months from when you qualify. Go work at a corporate store
