      Nothing at all is a positive.

      Cons

      Zero accountability given to employees that truly deserve it. This company is run by a load of snowflakes that just care about having a warm body in the store to make sure they are profiting. I DO NOT recommend anyone pursuing or continuing a career with this company what-so-ever.

      Pros

      Met a lot of great people within the work environment that makes it worthwhile There is room for growth, they promote from within Very lenient and understanding with certain situations

      Cons

      Upper management is not great Poor staffing, a lot of employees work alone Work long hours and expect you to work off the clock most of the times Pay is not good for the amount of work you have to put in Commission disputes are a nightmare and don't get you anywhere but pissed Managers are required to work 6 days a week, which is horrible When asking for time-off, its always a problem for upper management

      there is not a single pro that i could list

      Cons

      too many to list scare tacit sell or be fired mentality Always under staffed and they still expect you to hit numbers you are required to work Fridays and Saturday which is understandable but if you do have something to do and need off you get crucified for taking off ive taken 2 Saturdays off in 2 years and they are acting like i take it off every week.... i wont be here long...just long enough to collect my commission then i am out
