They have a robust training plan for both new hires and career development. This company really does invest in its people. They are one of few that invest a lot into promoting from within.

Cons

The ramp up bonus is a little low compared to the money you can earn after you start to earn incentives.

I have lots of freedom to run my district. I'm surrounded by a team that I was able to choose and they're a joy to work with. Great peers that are driven and competitive too! Lots of recognition for high performing people and very competitive compensation. Prime has a strong culture of growth from within the organization, which I love.
