Pros

Overall pretty easy job if you have good customer service skills and are knowledgeable with phones. The selling part of the job is pretty easy because your just recommending phones to people. They're already coming into the store so it's a warm sale. You'll have to slip in some upsell attempts here and there but it's not that bad.

Cons

During my last months with the company they started to make hitting your sales bonuses harder and harder and almost impossible to reach given the foot traffic for the store. The pay wasn't worth it unless you were hitting bonuses. Sometimes your the only one on shift for the last few hours before the store gets closed down and you can get bombarded with customers. Customers can come into the store upset and you'll have to try to deescalate the situation
