Your always handcuffed. If you leave, for whatever reason, they don't pay you your final commissions owed (they pay commissions 2 months later so if you leave you forfeit 2 months commissions). I did not receive my final Salary until I went to HR and complained. HR claims they don't have to pay your final Salary check if you don't turn in your "Company Equipment" which a) is illegal (there response was "sue us") and b) I did turn in my equipment and still had to fight to get my final check. Anything they can do to cut you out from getting paid to save themselves a $, that's the angle they take. Super shady company with super shady executives. Do yourself a favor and keep looking, this one is not worth your pain and suffering.

This is a company that is very cheap and greedy! I stayed employed for this company for few months due to the buyout of our wonderful company spring mobile and i hate they sold to such a company! Instead of repairing and fixing things they ask employee too, compensation is horrible compared to all other retailers!
